Our mission is to celebrate, support, and empower youth
We support the overall well-being of at-risk youth through programming, workshops, events and mentorship.
The Drop addresses and prevents problems faced by youth by operating a supervised drop-in centre that provides structured programs directed toward resolving problems including substance abuse, youth unemployment, mental health issues, and abuse. We carry out activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purpose.
We offer this inclusive, welcoming and safe space for youth 12-20 years-old.
We value inclusivity & diversity.
We respect and honour individuality.
We welcome all youth.
We offer a space free from discrimination.
We acknowledge
Our program is within the traditional territory of the Anishinaabek (Ojibwe, Pottowattami , and Odawa) people.
We are grateful for the opportunity to live here and thankful to the generations before us who cared for this land.
We offer this acknowledgement in recognition of our collective commitment to make the promise and challenge of Truth and Reconciliation real in our communities.
